Somebody please help! I currently have I-485 pending through my employer with PD 05/30/03. I want to change jobs which I understand I can do with AC 21. However I am also getting married to a US citizen soon and I am not sure what to do:
1. Do I file I-130 and I-485 all over again but now through marriage (is there a possibility of getting GC faster that way?)
2. If I do file I-485 again can I use FP/medical from my current I-485 filing since INS has all that information already?
3. What about name change? How does that affect my current processing and whether I should file new I-485 with a new last name (I want to take his last name)?
