I am in EB-3 category and my 485 is stuck (PD May 31, 2003). I am getting married to USC. If I change my name and start the process all over again through marriage - Can I use any of the information that has already been filed (like FP, medical, A#, etc) with my current employment-based application for the marriage based one? Will changing last name affect current pending I-485? Please somebody help!!!
