Pending I-130, Wife got citizenship, now filing I-485

Hi,

I'd already sent I-130 (pending) when my wife's N-400 was under processing... Now she became citizen and I'm filing I-485,

I really appreciate if someone can help me find some answers...

1) Should I send I-130 again? There is no reference in I-485 for I-130 case number.

2) What should I choose in part 2 of I-485 when it asks "I'm filing I-485 because..."
A) an immigrant petition giving me an immediately available immigrant visa number has been approved

H) Other basis of eligibility
... and explain with I-130 case number?

1) Include a copy of the I-130 approval or I-130 receipt with the I-485 application. Don't reapply for the I-130.
