Pending GC's--Question

Hi!

Wanted to know if getting the GC(plastic card) is dependent on the place where you get the passport stamped or it is not linked at all? I got the passports stamped in Houston on 11th Feb & am still to get the GC (the online status has also not changed).

I have quite a few friends who go the GC within max 2 months of getting the GC stamped--in my case it is now more than 3 months--anyone in the same status? Will calling the IIO help?

Call IIO

I know there were delays in printing cards, but calling the IIO won't harm anything, as long as you don't mind hearing the busy signals and retrying.
