I was approved for the green card under first preference category (EB1-Professors and Researchers). After which I had applied for adjustment of status with the INS. To process the petition, INS recently sent me a letter for fingerprinting.
Along with the fingerprinting letter, I received a flyer - printed on green paper (my guess is everybody gets the same flyer).
This form states, "if you are first or second preference self-petitioner, please submit documentation that confirms that you will continue to perform services in your field".
If somebody has experience in this regard - could you tell what information/documentation INS needs? If you have form letter I would be very helpful for me.
