i AM ONE OF THOSE RARE ONES STILL WAITING MY I 485 TO BE APPROVED.

My attorney told me that i have a great chance to get my I 485 approved this month since my PD is current.

Fire your lawyer and file the Writ of Mandamus lawsuit with other one.

If you you don't know what writ of Mandamus is, research this forum
 
My Pd also became current as of March 1st..
This time I am keeping my hopes high because this "delay" is mainly to get people like us approved. So this time I hope USCIS people do their job and approve the freaking cases. It has been 5 YEARS! I wonder how long will it take the officer to just review the case and approve it.. I am just curious :rolleyes:

Yeah, what about the NAME CHECK with the FBI, it`s cleared or not? for sure?
 
Yes i learned it from my congressman that my NC,DOB check and finger print
results has been cleared.Looks like i am just waiting for the visa #s
