Pending EB1 based I-485

I spoke to an IO at TSC using the POJ method today. She told me that my NC/BC are cleared but the case is still pending. However, she told me that "they (USCIS) are trying to adjudicate all these pending cases by April 30th, so I should hear from them within a month."

This is the first time I heard a definite date from an IO. Should this be taken with a tablespoon of salt? Or will I really hear the good news in a month?

My details are very similar to yours: EB-1EA, I-140 PP in March-April, I-485 May 14, 2007, TSC. Early March I received a letter from FBI that my namecheck is still pending. On March 13 I called TSC and spoke with a nice IO. She confirmed that NC was still pending and my case was not picked by an officer yet. But promised that I should hear something by April 30th because I am approvable under NC memo. I received Card Production Ordered emails last Friday. Neither me nor my wife had any LUDs since fingerprints
