My I-485 has been approved (I am the primary) but my spouse\'s I-485 is still pending. His EAD expires on April 6th 2002. We applied for EAD renewal at TSC (RD 1/15/2002 ND 1/15/2002). Does anyone know what receipt dates is TSC processing for EAD ? We are hoping that his I-485 be approved before his current EAD expires. Because he will not be able to get an interim EAD before April 16th.
Any information will be helpful.
