Hi everyone,

I just got my interim EAD, but I have a question. Has anyone gotten the actual EAD, after getting the interim EAD. if so, how long did it take? should I apply for a new EAD in about 2-3 months?

The way interim EAD works is that once u get it, INS would directly send your EAD after the initial 4 months time is completed. You dont need to send another application again.

Interim EAD is normally issued for 4 months and the rest 8 months is given by the Service Center.
