Pending EAD (new BCICS update)

Per new BCICS update (Feb 20), the processing date for 765 (C9) shows as Oct 27, 2003, past my 765 (c9) RD which is Oct 21.

I have filed myself. Do you suggest me to call BCICS? Do they entertain my call or do they get irritated and mess up my file. Weird thought right :p

Please let me know if its good idea to call them and if I should call, what should I tell/ask them...

PS: Any friends who called BCICS in similar situations, please give us your results/experiences.
 
my 2 cents

-Calling the BCIS does not screw up your file etc. IMHO. Remember you are a paying customer and in some way they are supposed to be responsive to your needs etc. Reality is a different ballgame altogether.

-If you were to call now, they will ask you to call in a month, as they have just passed your RD. I would advise patience(easier advised, than followed), and wait a couple of weeks.

You could also go to your local ins office and get an interim EAD.
Since it is well past 90 days.
