I have applied for EAD (expires 02/22/06) renewal.
Since it is taking time, appled for H1 extension - premium processing today.
My h1 expired 05/2005 (was on H1 for five years).
If my h1 is approved and EAD is not renewed by 2/22, will I be in legal status to continue working for my current employer. Or do I have to go out of the country for h1 stamping.
