Pending Asylum with EOIR and Work Permit/EAD issues (Filing Fee)

hi there,

well my asylum case is pending with EOIR in denver :( gotta go again mid 2012, and my clocked was stopped however i got it started back again today and more than 180 days have elapsed so thats good. so the thing is i had already applied for ead back in february thinking my clock was running and well it wasnt so my ead was denied coz my clock had stopped at 163 days but now that i have my clock running again i can apply again however now my worry is the filing fee. You see i know you dont have to pay for initial application but my initial application under C8 was denied so do i have to pay this time or since my initial application weas denied on the basis that my clock was stopped i dnt have to pay filing fee again?? i wanna apply asap so i can work and pay for lawyer but idk if i shud pay or not i mean lets be honest 380 is pretty hefty amount

P.S if this is mr bird reading this post congrats mate u did it :) and i need ur advice mate and you too asyluumm :)

just sent you a private messg but yes i got it you dont have to pay if its your first EAD under C8 however once you get the ead then you gotta pay to renew. So yea youll get it man 30-60 days i think i got it in 44 days so yea just stay put ull get it..

Hello, can you please tell me how to restart the clock ?!!!
Mine has stopped because didn't appear to the first interview, and when they scheduled the next one and I appeared, thay never restarted the clock.
Pease, please , please, I would appreciate your help !
