Pending asylum case and DV lottery GC

is anyone here who got GC with DV as an asylum pending status?
i googled it and could not find clear answer.
 
You are not eligible for DV with a pending asylum unless you have any other valid immigration status such as F1, TPS, H1b or something.
 
You might be eligible for DV, but you are not eligible for AOS since you are out of status, so you would have to do Consular Processing. But Consular Processing would probably involve abandoning your asylum application. And also which country would you go to do Consular Processing? Probably not your country of nationality since you are afraid of going back. But then which country would you be able to go to?
 
I have same question my husband won but I have pending Asylum but he is still in my country do i need to do anythinh
