Pending approval and changing job! Please advise

My situation is this. I filed my 140 and 485 thru concurrent filing about 10 months back. I am still waiting for approval of both.

Now, I am getting an offer for a perm position. Is it possible for me to switch without losing any time on my 485? (ie. my new company is willing to apply for a new 140). Can I use the new 140 and the old 485?

Or is there any other way where I can change job yet retain the dates?
