I spoke with an IIO. He mentioned that my application is still pending. I guess, no officer is assigned to my application. So, I have to keep my finger crossed.

You LIN number is kind of confusing

is it LIN-00-XXX
or LIN-01-xxx

it must be the former if ND is in 2000
