Pending 485, need help

Experts,

I sent(in Oct04) email to FBI(FBINNCP@ic.fbi.gov) regarding FBI NameCheck status, I got response 2 weeks back.

But the response containts results for 1st FingerPrints(given in 2003) and nothing mentioned about 2nd finger prints (given on Oct 13th 2004).

I verified FingerPrint Status Check by calling 304 625 5590, they said my results sent back on same day to USCIS.

Questions:
1. How can this happen, received FP2 for "FingerPrint Status check" and NOT for "FBI Name Check"?
2. Since FBI Name check email response doesn't contain any thing about FP2 Name check, that means USCIS did not requested for it?
3. Assuming FP2 namecheck is pending with FBI, any way to expedite with FBI?
4. If FBI didnot receive request from USCIS, is there anyway I can request USCIS for FBI Name check initiation?
5. Any help by contacting Senator or Congressman?

You are not alone..

here is my questions:

FBI sends out the name check staus too. on the same email. in my wife's case they did mentioned saying they can't do finish the name check for her (name check is waiting for more then 15 months).

did you ever expedite your I-485? what was the outcome?

did you called 800 #.. what did they told?

My inderstanding the email address(FBINNCP@ic.fbi.gov) response will send only NameCheck clearence Info and not "FingerPrint Status Check"

Regarding USCIS Expedite request, I did one in Oct'04 got reply after one month - Standard reply "Will hear in 60days, if you donot hear please contact again".

Did requested for expedite again(calling 1800 number) on last friday, no reply yet.

Could any one answer all my questions.
