Pending 485 - LUD in the last week of June 2007.

I am EB3 India, 485 pending since 2004. PD July 2003.
2nd biometrics March 2007. LUD on 485 file June 30 2007.(Saturday, last day of the month) Anybody else with similar status Please post any development in your case.
Can I entertain any hope of approval soon???

Transfered from VSC --> TSC - MAR 2007
Second Biometrics May 19 2007
LUD on 485 on June 30 2007.(Saturday).

I don't think any approval soon as EB category is UNAVAILABLE. Look like we have missed by few days :mad: .

FP2 : May 15th.
LUD on 485 on June 28/30 2007

I feel USCIS has made an attempt to process all pending 485 cases by
July1st itself so as to consume all EB visa numbers for FY2007.

There is a 50% chance that our petitions may be approved, we have to wait till end of tomorrow to see if LUD changes and there is an approval, if not it will be a long long wait again.
 
I-485 LUD again changed today(07/03), but no change in status message. Not sure whats going on.

Mine was updated today again. Now LUD reads 07/05/2007.

It is apperent something is going on. Let's hope whatever is happening is favorable to us.
 
can eveyone post their priority dates not just months. mine is EB3 India NSC 07/18/2003. no LUD for me but just got AP approval email today

Mine changed on June 27 but this could be address change related because I have received address change confirmation letter on June 30.
