Pending 485 for Sch A Nurse's Spouse

Hi friends,

This is the same message on Medical Professions other than....

My wife is a RN. She already got her GC plastic card on Oct 4rd. But my 485 still no any update since last update date Jul 13, 05. We filed 485 together in Dec 2004. She is concurrent 140/485 file.

I am afraid anything wrong with my case. Has TSC forgot my 485? We already request our lawyer to call CIS to find out.

Here is our process dates.
TSC
140/485 concurrent: Dec 22, 2005;
EAD/AP for both of us: Jan 15, 2005;
FP: Apr 15, 2005.
140 approval for her: June 20, 2005.
485 RFE on her Visascreen: July 7, 2005.
RFE response: Sep 26, 2005.
485 approval for her: Sep 28, 2005.
Plastic GC card received for her: Oct 4, 2005.
 
It seems case has been seperated, try to call TSC directly yourself and talk see what they say.

method to follow to talk with TSC direct.

use 800 to find status.
Press 1 for english
Press 2
Press 6
Press 1 for SRC #
Press 1 again to confirm
Press 3
Press 3 or 4 when it says u have file Multiple applicaiton, by selecting this option u will be connected with TSC.

(if u find any error after SRC input, use any other SRC like EAD etc)

Once connected give TSC-opt to ur 485 src.

Same here. My wife's 485 was Approved on Oct 3rd and the card has been maied. Mine wasn't approved. When I checked with VCS the CR told me that they are waiting on my Security check. I don't know when my 485 will be approved.

Today I called CIS according to the instructions. I waited for 25 mins on the phone, and finally a nice lady answered me.
She told me at this point I don't need to be panic about it. Because the gap is only less one month. Also she cannot find my FBI info from the system. She cannot determine my case is under security check or name check, or not.
Also she told me there is a note in my status that she don't know what it is.
I am curious too.

Maybe I am just fine.

Could you kind enough to tell me your Last Update Date (LUD)?
Because my LUD is almost 4 months ago. They probably forget to process mine.
