i am working for a multinational. they have been sponsoring me for the GC for 5 years now. I-485 is still pending since june 2001! now this company's unit in a european country is offering me a position in their european operations. i have to make a decision and move there in the 1st qtr 2005. my business head in NY says that the headquarters will continue supporting me even if i am away from the US. can someone advise if moving outside of the US while 485 is still pending would kill my chnaces for getting a GC. has anyone else heard of such situations?
