Hi All,

I have a question for gurus.

My PD is April 2003 and 485 got stuck in the retrogression like every body, so i figured it will take long time to see the approval.
Yesterday i got an offer from a consulting company for the same job position as my labor and i came to know that they have a existing labor from 2001.

1. If i take this position, should i be able to add this labor PD to my 485 app
or do they need to file I-140 for their labor before i can attach this old PD
to my case?

I am sure some body might have gone thru this scenario in this consulting
world. Please let me know if you know any info about this scenario.

2. Is the substitute labor is going to go away any time soon?

Thanks in advance.

***No they have to file I-140 after 140 is approved you are able to carry the Older PD but in your case you are better of filling 140/485 concurrrently with the 2001 labor

***Not sure and matter of fact no one knows..

Thanks in advance.
