Pending 485, Adv Parole Expired

Our, incl Spouse, Adv Parole Expired last year Oct2009. However, we have our H1/H4 valid until Jan2013, EAD's valid until Oct2010. I donot intend to travel out side this year.

I want to know whats the impact of this situation. I was in the bad impression that our Adv Paroles are valid until 2010 along with EAD. Last time we extended is in Oct2008.

When extended - we got 2 Years extension for EAD's and 1 Year for Adv Parole.

Kindly help me know the impact of this on my Pending 485 and now how can I extend my Adv Parole.

If you don't intend to travel then you don't need em, advance parole's are just needed to enter US.

If you want another Advance Parole, just apply for it like you did before. Same form I-131. Apply for it at least 3 months before you need it.

But you don't need Advance Parole if you have an H1 or H4 visa stamped in your passport.
