I am on H1B visa, my wife was on H4 for 3 years and converted to H1 and we both have one more year to complete 6 years.
I am the primary applicant and my 140 was approved and our I-485 (EB3) applications are pending right now.
1. Is it possible to get 3 years H1B extension for her based her pending 485 application?
2. Is it possible to start her own green card process with her employer while she is on H1B extension which is based on pending 485 applicaiton?
