I am very new to this forum. Please pardon me for the long message..
Its a long story. My Wife doing her 5th year obligation (ending Dec 28, 2005) as a physician in hpsa. Employer made her to sign for 5 year contract and to file NIW I140 in sept 2002 approved in feb 2004. and filed I485 in Jan 2003 FP May 2003. Spouse has EAD on this I-485 and no AP. I was working on EAD and lost job in middle of 2004 and presently not employed.
Also he did support for LC and got approved. Filed I-140 Aug 2003 and approved July 2004. I-485 filed Aug 2004. In both the cases spouse is included that is me. We both have EAD and AP based on this I-485.
There are 2 lawyers involved by the employer.
Wife's H-1b renewed, till the end of 6th year in H1-b that is Dec 2006 but did not renew the H-4 for spouse(me).H4 expired on 31st July 2004.
1.Now the question is my I-94 is expired as per H-4 am I in trouble?
2.Since we have 2 separate 485 pending with 2 medicals done as per the
attorneys will there be any problems from the USCIS?
Yes it is indeed confusing and would appreciate any help or suggestion would be highly appreciated.
