I have seen your postings earlier about namecheck. I was wondering if this namecheck is part of finger print verification? Or is it another verification for I140?

wow. really sucks to be at the top of that tracker It's very frustrating. I feel like my hands are tied where I don't know what the hell is going on, and USCIS is not giving me any useful information, and the FBI is not responding (been 2+ months since I sent the email inquiry)... Don't know what to do anymore. I guess I should just wait?! Been waiting 5 years, what's another 2, right?
