Is the following scenario going to be a problem :
1. I-485 is pending under EB3, India with PD - August 2002.
2. Labor certification says I am an 'Experienced Business Analyst'.
3. Meanwhile I went and got my MBA and planning on going through the recruitment process at the University.
4. So, this basically means that I am going to apply for a EB2 category job now.
Will this cause any problems with my current I-485 application or AC21 filing since it was under EB3 and since then I have received additional training and education making me eligible for higher paying jobs ?
