I'd like to form a group of professionals who're interested in enhancing their career options, or just looking for suitable job opportunities. In these times, its useful to get job opening leads from one another rather than going thru recruiters in order to get top dollar rates (avoiding middlemen).
Also the members of this group would keep their eyes and ears open for any opening within their own organization/group/department and pass it on to others, and also influence/push their recommendations in the hiring process.

Im sorry to post this on an immigration portal, but this portal gives me a feeling of a helpful community and we need to take advantage of this and network to find better career opportunities.
