HAve a question for you.

IS it possible to subsitute EAD from two companies which are filing 485?

Explanation:

I have filed 485 through company A... While 140 is pending through company B.

Get EAD from Company A... and start using it.

Seven to eight months later... 140 of company B is approved. file for 485 through company B while withdrawing 485 from company A...

Substitute EAD of company A with EAD of company B...

Is this technically possible. what downside risks do u forsee?

EAD is independent of employer
So you do not have to file for a new EAD when you withdarw your 485 since 485 is also compnay independent as long as you have atleast one valid 485 pending (Make sure with lawyer)
It is dependent on 140
You should have just amended your 485 app
