Heard from my friend (according to his attorney) that PD is going to be current for EB2 and EB3 for India as early as next month (April). There certainly are indications as seen in the recent PD movement (4 months at a time). If this is true then this is going to open the flood gates, once again. I do not think it is a good idea as it will further slow the process at VSC (Mine is not current yet but, I am sure it will help tremendously for folks nearing H1 six year limit). Are we potentially in for another Aug/Sep99 load of cases at VSC?
