I have some Questions...
I do understand the PD but how do we know which PD USCIS is working on
how can we determine which priority date they are working on........
And if we do know what date they are working on ..... and the pd matches ours does that mean that are 485 will be approved
Any answers appreciated :)

it show a PD date of 01 april 2002
does this sound right with EB2 category. want to make sure I am looking at the right category.

Does approval for 485 depend on the priority date... or on the receipt date
I have seen in this forum whose 485 is approved within a month of FP
and also I have read in this forum that it take 4 months alteast after all the process
of FP...

What does that mean EB2 is current... do u mean the april 2002 pd applies
only to EB3 category

applies only to people born in India / China / Philipines and in EB3 category
