PD with 2006 Got GC

Hi All,

I have seen in trackit guys who's PD is 2006 (Labor filed) got their I-485 Approval.

Is it now PD is less important and \if your name check cleared and you are ready for approval you can get Approval?.

Always been this way.

He upgraded from EB3 to EB2 and ported his EB3 PD

Its never been like that. PD is most important and RD comes in pic after that.

Probably they have assigned him visa number during Jun-July 2006 fiasco and at that time NC was pending, now that NC is cleared, they issued GC. Otherwise, don't even imagine to get GC without PD current.
