PD printed wrongly in FP Notice

The priority date column in FP notice is printed as Aug 20.. which is
actually my RD. The RD column is printed OK though..

Is it a printing error? Do I need to take any action?

Name misspelled on FP notice

I have a friend with a similar problem. The last letter of his first name is incorrect in the I-485 receipt and FP notice. (CSC) Not sure if any action should be taken. Couldn\'t this have serious implications if the Green Card also eventually gets issued in the same incorrect name.

Would appreciate any response on the matter. Thanx.
