PD on FP Notice

I recently finished my Finger Printing, one thing that struck me was that the Priority Date that was mentioned on the notice was not the actual PD but the received date of 12/27/2004 for 140/485.

Did anyone else see this on the FP notice from NSC ?
Is the PD on the Fingerprinting notice to be ignored ?
