Hi Friends,

Why do we get following message..

"Our last written notice in this case was returned as undeliverable by the post office..."

There is no change in lawyer address and not mine from last one year....Any way we got our Ead,FP and Ap in current address..
I was checking every day message..suddenly on 7 Jan , message changed...I don't think it s rfe...
Any idea.......
 
The answers is obvious: they sent their note to incorrect address. Are you really surprised? Do you still have any doubts that CIS is a bunch of idiots?
 
I know they are 100% idiot ...
Just wondering yaar wht will be in notice ? Any one had same experience..pl reply
 
Don't wonder !! Just call them and ask that you saw this online and give your address. For all you know it would be approval notice and it got returned back to them. You don't want to take any chances.

I140 approved on 4th November LUD- 9/14, 11/3
RFE on 140 - 9/16
RFE replied on 10/19 as per online status
I485 -LUD - 10/27
 
I called USCIS and lawyer , had conference call with both of them and told USCIS to send Notice to lawyer address again. Lady from uscis did not tell me what was in notice...How many days it takes to send notice back ? Any idea...
