PD gets current by 3 Days

Hi .. . In dec my PD gets current ... I will get eligible for an aproval .... any one else with the same situation ... any comments?

Hi,

Are you trying to say that the PD has changed to March 2001 ? I had recently heard that the same has been Jan 1999. And how come you are trying to say that it has been March 2001 ?

My details are as below:
PD: June 2001
EAD: August 2004
I140: Approved Feb 2005
I485: RFE June 2005.
AP:Sept 2005

What do you mena by gets current. Please explain. I thought for EB3/INDIA we are still at Jan 1999?

Hi fellows ... yes I am not from IND/CHIN/MEX I fall under the rest of the world category ... according to the December bulliten the date will move to 15th march and my date is 12th march. I was thinikng of faxing axpidite request any suggestions
