Applied Labor and I-140 from company A, PD apr 1999.
After I-140 approval laid off from company A.
Has the original I-140 from company A.
Joined company B, applied labor, i-140, i-485.
I gave old docs to the company B attorney.
In company B I-140 PD is May 2000.
In FP notice, PD is Apr 1999 (frm company A).
Lawyer initially told I can retain the old PD. Is it true?
Will it create any problem if case is transferred for interview?
Did lawyer do right thing? When I applied company B,
PD were not current and hence I thought it will be better
if I can use old PD. Now it does not make sense as all PD
is current
To make matters worse company B lawyer applied CP for i-140!!
That is a different matter though ..
