PD error on I-140 approval

I had my old RIR LC converted to PERM by keeping original priority date. LC was approved by keeping old PD. But when I-140 was approved by TSC, it had PD as the date PERM was filed, not original PD. My lawyer sent mail and also faxed to TSC for correction because he thinks it's definitely a mistake, but we haven't heard anything back after 2 months even not a receipt notice. I don't know what's going on.

Does anyone have experience to correct some information on I-140 approval? What was the cource taken and what kind of response was received?
