Hello fellows in pain,
Could anyone please share your thoughts or experiences on the following:
- I submitted 1st EB3 application with PD of March 2001 and later dropped that application before it got out of Backlog Center
- I submitted 2nd (new employer, job etc.) EB3 application with PD of December 2004 and currently my I-140 is at Texas Center.
My attorney is saying that I can't use PD of application #1 and must wait until my PD for application #2 becomes current (December 2004). Any chance I could somehow apply for 485 under PD of application #1?
