PD Dates (EB3) will go back in March?

Does anybody know any news on how long the PDs will be current for EB3? My lawyer says they may go back in March by around 3 years.

This may be good for the people who have PDs in 98/99 as their 485s may get processed faster if their dates remain current. But it will be again a long wait for others with PDs in late 99 and 2000.

it\'s not going back until 2002 october at least; that\'s what the department of state says. so tell your lawyer to be more aware of what\'s happening in the immigration world.
