PD Current, Expecting Medical RFE

My PD becomes current on June 1st, and have some happy :rolleyes: problems now...

My wife couldn't take some vaccinations when she applied for her 485 about 2 years ago (We were expecting a baby at that time)... now with her PD becoming current in 15 days... We're expecting a Medical query definitely for her...

Question is, Can we send the medical forms again now,.. just to avoid unnecessary delays later when they take her case for processing?
 
I am in the same situation. I talked with my lawyer ( this was last year ) . That time she advised me to remaining tests done but not send the forms till I get an RFE from INS. The reasoning was that an RFE has a reference number with it so it can be associated with the correct case number. Whereas if you send the document's yourself there is quite a distinct possibility that the receiving person will have no idea what to do with it.

Won't we be sending the 485 receipt notice copy with the medical forms... which should have the case number on it, sufficient enough to link it to the correct case?
