Pd Current but stuck in name Check

Hi.
i am on an L1 A.. Eb1..
My Pd is current since April... i called TSC and requested an enquiry.. I got a mail from them yesterday


The processing of your petition/application has been delayed. All petition/application received by this service are required to have a routine security checks that are resulting in delays of the adjudication of petition/application. We can give no definite indication of when they will be completed. We apologize for the delay.

Any one has an clue what to do.. Do i call FBI or the Congressman to find out how long will it take...

Sorry to hear about your case.

From the reply it appears that all L1A cases go through a complete background check. I was not aware of this.

Are u a Canadian citizen born in India or did u come directly from India? Is the company sponsoring you an Indian multinational?

Same here too. I also got a response for my status inquiry that my security clearance is pending. Please contact USCIS after 6 months, if you do not receive a decision by then.
