Hi All,

My PD is current and namecheck has been cleared. I last did my FP in July 2005.

I have done the following but nothing has happened so far:
-I scheduled infopass in San Jose and they couldnt help much.
-Called the USCIS representative and she knew nothing about it.
-Sent a query through my lawyers and no response
-Mailed Bueno and no response yet

Is there anybody else out there in a similar situation? Please advise...

Finally after waiting for so many years my PD has become current and this FP notification seems to be the major roadblock.

My case details:
EB3/INDIA/CSC
PD: April 30th 2001 (original labor)
I140 approved: June 2002
Last FP done: July 2005 (code 3)

485 approval : yet to see that day

Harakad,
There's still 1 more thing to try :)
Call the USCIS service and choose options that will allow you to talk to the CSC agents (these are different than the USCIS agents who just answer phone. They are actual people at CSC)

If you still get connected to USCIS agent request them to transfer you to CSC.

If all this works out and you are lucky you may be able to talk to someone knowledgeable in CSC who can generate a new finger printing request.

Good luck . Hope your day comes soon

Thanks!

I just spoke to USCIS representative and she said that our 485 is "out of processing date" (our RD for 485 is June 2002). She has sent a query and has asked us to wait for 45 days!

The rep. also confirmed that Name check is cleared.

She has also sent a request to ASC for FP.

Do you have any idea what "out of processing date" means?

"We are in receipt of a response of our inquiry submitted with USCIS on 12/13/2006. USCIS tracking systems indicate that your applications will be pulled from the file room and forwarded to the monthly processing shelf. The files will than be assigned to an officer for review and decision. A decision or transaction should take place within 120 days"
