PD becoming current, No finger print notice received

Dear Experts, please help.

My PD is Sep 13, 2001 EB3 Others which becomes current next month. I-140 already approved. FP done twice, last in March 2005. I have not received any notice for FP again for me or wife. Will my last FP still be valid when PD becomes current? Is there any thing I can do now to avoid extra delay on FP later? Please advise!!

If I remember what my attorney told me correctly, the FP lasts 2 yrs. You don't have to do FP again unless it's getting "expired". My wife's PD is May 2001. We still haven't received approval notice yet.
