PD and job description

Hi eveybody
i am a physician and have a question.
i have an approved PERM (eb2) and a pending 140.
i am planning to start a new job with a new employer. my job duties will be almost same-inaptient/ oupatient- as with my previous employer.

my question is that in order to use the PD from my first PERM, does my job description in the new PERM and 140 be exactly/verbatim to the one in my first PERM??

The job duties do not have to be exactly the same in order to use the previous PD. But the MOST IMP thing to use the previous PD is that your previous I-140 should be approved (and yours is still pending).
