PD 07/98, RFE Received.

Hello All,

This forum has been extremely helpful, I regret that I am joining late to this
forum..

Here is my case:

EB3
Priority Date 07/15/1998
ND 08/26/1999
FPs done twice sofar.
RFE received Mar5th 2001, INS asked for last 3 year W2 forms and Emp verification letter.
EAD & AP renewed twice..

I know that PD for EB3 is not yet current for me, but very close,
will become current 1-2 months..
 
Why did I get RFE? This means that will I get the approval soon...
How long it will take for the approval after RFE ??

What is your ND/RD, Country and Service center? In CSC, they don\'t process the application if it\'s not current. If it\'s in CSC, if respond to your RFE and dates become current next month, you will get the approval right away.

Is there any change in your company name? It\'s good sign if CSC is processing the applications even if it is not current.

What did you lawyer say? May be it is random RFE to verify the employment. If you process your RFE and date becomes current at the sametime, you will get the approval. I think they are processing late 99 cases for EB3 india.

what do you mean when you said late 99 cases, you mean late 99 ND/RD cases or PDs..
