hi!

after Inquiry by Congressman about my Pending I-485 Rd 07/09/03 with PD 07/02 at NSc I received a letter saying that visa no for this year being finished new visa's will be available 10/05 onward.


Should I wait for 10/05???

Does it means they will not touch my file untill 10/05 thats why no RFE etc???


will my file be touched before10/05 as I got Biometric Notice after that reply?

Yes -- your case cannot be approved till Oct 2005 -- it would depend on the new visa PD cutoffs for Oct 2005 and beyond.
Usually your case would continue to get "processed" during this time --
why are you worried about NOT getting an RFE ? Are you sure about getting an RFE ?(like you never submitted medical report - that's a sure RFE) ?

Wait till about Sep 15th - that's when the State Dept releases the new visa bulletin -- all of us are waiting "eagerly" for that :rolleyes:
 
Birth Certificate

Yeah!

i was waiting for RFe related to my Birth Certificate which is latest in the year I applied for I-485 i.e Late registered But I didn't get Rfe for that yet

You dont necessarily get RFE for that, According to my understanding you submitted the Birth certificate which was issued later date rather than birth year right?
USCIS some times cross check with your passport and your school Mark sheetrs and college certificates to validate the date of birth. If they satisfied with that then you dont get any RFE for birth certificate.

Biometric Code2 08/08/2005

Will I expect FP 2 as expiring This Month
 
I have seen in other posts that some folks have received FP2 notice who did
FP1 around Apr/May 2004.So we can expect FP2 notice soon

I am also waiting.... :cool:

Yeah I got my First FP in 05 March 2005 and Biometric FP (Code 2) in 23rd April 2005.

Why are you waiting for FP2??? I think Your FP1 will be valid for 15 months.
so if you dont get your 485 approval untill Oct 2005 then you will get FP2. Dont worry we all get 485 approval before that.
