Hi Guys,
I am using AC21 and working with EAD.
I have left sponsoring Employer 6months back ( after 8months of 485 filing because i was laid off ) and joined a contracting firm
Now I am planning to change this employer and join as a permanant Employee at Client with may be 5K less than the salary mentioned in LC (Client is pushing me to join).
I was working for the Same Title and Salary that was mentioned in my Labor with the present contracting firm.
Changing Two Employers on EAD will have any effect on AC21 ??
Are there any risks in this switching ??
Any of your useful comments on this issue are appreciated ...
Please help!

Thanks
PS

If not switching means losing the job then you better switch.
Did you get any RFE already? It depends on that too.

Zero switch is the best.
One switch is not so good
Two switches is even not good.
Three are even worse.

.. and it goes on.

But none of the above are illegal or disqualify you from getting GC. Rest, you are the judge.

What Silly Man may say is right about switches.

No job is worse and in RFE you can't even defend yourself with paystubs and EVL. If u dont switch if u lose the contract switch now, we can always fight if we have a job and paying taxes.

Reg Salary try to get as much if not it should be ok .

Changed job on EAD

hi!

I changed job, and I am using EAD, how to use AC21, should I send AC21 to INS or wait till i get a RFE?

Thanks,
Rama

Not to worry

PrasadS:

I got laid off, got an RFE and then got a contracting job. Isssued a letter stating that my job had an annua salry with minimum of 40 hrs, etc.

If you have not gotten a RFE, tehn u r fine ? Why ??? becuse if they issue an RFE they will ask u to submit the latest EVL. At that point in time u can submit from the current job. They will not be asking for the previous job..

Only if they ask three recent paystubs and you have a mix of the contracting company and the latest company that they will see the change in job twice. But one thing I can say is there is no harm as the worst BCIS will do is issue u an interview and then u can explain.

But one thing I will recommend you is to get an inquirey done byt the senator when BCIS is doing your WAC#'s 'coz that helps in a real sense from my personal experience...

Rest there are no hard and fast rules.... So keep your options open and take everything into account before making any decisions..

Good Luck:)

Thanks Guys for your valuable opinions. I will try to be as a consultant as much time as i can. In can't but case i will join the client.
Thanks once again!!
