PCee and other gurus, please comments on this quesiton.
Is it legal to get paid on overtime when the H-1B is only for full time employment ( which means 8 hours per day)?

Company want to pay me something for the work I did over time, but I don't know if this will affect I-485 later on when INS request for pay stub since my compnay's pay stub clearly show the accumulated time on regular work time and overtime.

If it is that H1B sponsered company that wants to pay you over time then as far as I know there is absolutely no problem! That 8 hours per day is MINIMUM required (to fulfill that full time job requirement for H1b) but note that it is not MAXIMUM.

Unless it is more that 24 hours per day I don't see any problem :)
