PCC (police clearance certificate)

Do we need PCC for H1-B to H1-B stamping?
Also do we need recent paystubs for H1-B to H1-B stamping. And how many?

No !!!

I\'m pretty sure that you need PCC only for Immigrant Visas (Green Cards), not for H1-B stampings. Also, the Embassy might ask for recent paystubs - it is a good idea to carry them from the last 6 months.
