PCC Information Required

Hai,

I got my PCC on March 2003 from Indian Consulate chicago.
I am expecting the Immigration Visa interview
at chennai aroound November 2003.
Do i need to get the pcc again ?

I have been US since November 2000. Do i need pcc
from local police station back in india?

Is there a phone number at St.Louis where one can call to find out whether they've received/encashed the fee cashier's check.. and notified NVC..

No. There is no phone number in St. Louis to find if DOS has received your check.

If you sent the check by FedEx, you can track it and find if DOS has received your packet. This can be done using other carriers like UPS, USPS (registered with reply mail).

You can also check with the institution that issued you the check/MO, if the element has been cashed.
