I got PCC in NY CG yesterday

You need
1) Passport Original with valid US visa
2) Photo copy of first 4 pages and last two pages and US Visa page from your passport
3) a recent photo
4) cash $ 11 (they also accept other mode of payment - I donot know the details - check website - indiacgny.org
5) filled up form (application for Miscellaneous services - download from indiacgny.org)

Was your passport issued in NY itself ?
IF not how long did u take for the PCC.
I was asked to wait for 1 month for my wifes passport.
